BUILDING MODEL ROCKETS

On November 1st which was Sunday I went to toys r us to find any rockets.I did this because guess what I was for Halloween?A rocket scientist.So I had to get a rocket.Well that’s exactly what I did.I got 1 that went 1400 ft high!Also one that went 600 ft high.The Brand of the rockets was Estes.Which makes the rockets.Then when I got home with the rockets,you have to build them.It didn’t really take a while.The one that went 1400 ft took about 10 mins to build because it was so small.But the 600 ft high rocket took about 20-30 mins.But that was the one I built first.It was also bigger than the smaller rocket.With the package it came with a launch pad.Then when I built that you have to press a button to fire the rocket.So I counted down from 10. 9. 8. 7. 6. 5. 4. 3. 2. 1. BLASTOFF!It took about 1 and a half seconds to go 1400 ft.That was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done in my life.That’s why I posted it on my blog.

    The person that created “Estes” was a man.His name was Vernon Estes.
