HOW TO BUILD A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS:THE RIGHT WAY
Saturday, June 5, 2010 18:46If you are new to my blog I would like to introduce myself. My name is Bradley Nordstrom.I am a very successful 10 year old kid and have been telling people how to handle a business.Today I will be telling you “How to build a successful business:The right way”.It will be in 10 rules. If you would like to read about how you can build a successful business please read on.
Thank you for participating on how you can build a successful business:the right way.
Rule #1:Commit to your business.
You need to believe in your business more than anyone else to have a good business that will earn you some $money$.
Rule #2:Share your profits with all your associates, and treat them as partners.
In return they will treat you like partners and do extraordinary things for involving $money$ maybe. But you still have to act like a leader not a follower. That is one of the most important things in the business industry. So keep that in mind.
Rule #3:Motivate your partners.
Money and ownership is still not enough.Every day think about interesting and new challenges to give your partners. You also need to make goals and try as hard as you can to reach them. When you do make new goals. If things get a little boring switch your managers to think of more exciting ways to help the business grow.
Rule #4:Communicate everything you possibly can to your partners.
The more your workers know the more they will understand. The more they understand the more they will care about the business.Once they care there is no stopping them from not caring. If you don’t trust your associates you might as well fire them.Information is power.
Rule #5: Appreciate everything your associates do for the business.
A paycheck and a stock option will buy one kind of loyalty. But most people like to be told that they are doing a great job or they have been promoted to a higher level.
Rule #6:Celebrate your success.
If you fail don’t take it seriously. If you do not fail and success then you need to take it seriously like go to the movies or go on a shopping spree.
Rule #7: Listen to everyone in your business and figure out ways to get them talking.
The salesman, the front desk person, and so on.You need to know what they know so you could expand your business.By expanding it you need to know what your customers are saying so you can get better quality.
Rule #8:Exceed your customer’s expectations.
If you do exceed you customer’s expectations they come again and again and maybe tell other people about your business.Give them what they want of course but also give them more. That is the key to gaining customer’s.Make your customer’s feel welcome and give them greeting cards after they buy your order to make them feel good.
Rule #9:Control your expenses better than your competition.
This is where you can always find the competitive advantage. You can make a lot of different mistakes but it will be okay if you run a awesome business.
Rule #10:Swim upstream.
Go the other way. Ignore the conventional wisdom. If everybody else is doing it one way, there’s a good chance you can find your niche by going in exactly the opposite direction. But be prepared for a lot of folks to wave you down and tell you you’re headed the wrong way.
